Mitigation Technician
Title: Mitigation Technician
Manager Status: N/A
Employment Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Mitigation Manager
Summary:
The primary role of the Mitigation Technician is to respond to property damage situations involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
Position Function:
- Water mitigation
- Tarping
- Board ups
- Mold remediation
- Carpet cleaning
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck
- Maintain all company equipment
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks
- Provide world-class customer service
- Being available for potential 24/7 on-call bases
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current, valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record Required
- Customer service driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Maintain a positive attitude
Work Environment:
This position operates in high and low temperatures, noisy environments, hazardous conditions, small and/or enclosed spaces.
Physical Demands:
Ascending/descending ladders and stairs. Moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Adjusting or moving objects up to 80 pounds. Operating machinery/and or power tools. Driving to different worksites.
Position Type/Expected Hours:
This position is a full-time, nonexempt position. *This position functions on a rotating on-call schedule. This role will not function on a typical 8am-5pm schedule. This position may require weekend and holiday work.

Project Manager (Sales/Project Coordinator)
Title: Project Manager (Sales/Project Coordinator)
Manager Status: N/A
Employment Status: 1099
Supervisor: Territory Manager
Summary:
The primary role of the Project Manager is to prospect new commercial and residential clients through canvassing, cold calling and networking. Creating and maintaining customer and client relationships is expected for this role. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating project details.
Position Function:
- Networking, prospecting, cold calling, canvassing for new clients
- Report to job site to ensure:
- Drop off of materials
- Crews have started project
- Zero OSHA violations
- Facilitate job site clean up
- Delivery of leftover materials to suppliers
- Regularly reporting project details via internal software
- Coordinate communication between adjustor, property owner, sub-contractors, material suppliers
- Complete washout for project
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Hands-on installation knowledge preferred
- Current, valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a commission-based sales position
- Highly self-motivated
- Customer service driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Acculynx experience a plus
Work Environment:
This position operates remotely and in the field on job sites.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50lbs, comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs.
Position Type/Expected Hours:
This position is a 1099 sales position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday with occasional weekend or night hours.
