The primary role of the Mitigation Technician is to respond to property damage situations involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage.

Position Functions:

  1. Water mitigation
  2. Tarping
  3. Board ups
  4. Mold remediation
  5. Carpet cleaning 
  6. Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck
  7. Maintain all company equipment
  8. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks
  9. Provide world-class customer service
  10. Being available for potential 24/7 on-call bases 

Education/Experience Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Current, valid driver’s license required
  3. Clean driving record Required
  4. Customer service driven
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Ability to work well with others
  7. Maintain a positive attitude

Work Environment:

This position operates in high and low temperatures, noisy environments, hazardous conditions, small and/or enclosed spaces.

Physical Demands:

Ascending/descending ladders and stairs. Moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Adjusting or moving objects up to 80 pounds. Operating machinery/and or power tools. Driving to different worksites.

Position Type/Expected Hours:

This position is a full-time, nonexempt position. *This position functions on a rotating on-call schedule. This role will not function on a typical 8am-5pm schedule. This position may require weekend and holiday work.
